Early in the morning, our private transport will pick you up at your hotel to embark on a wonderful adventure towards the new Rainbow Mountain, Pallay Puncho. We will take the route leading to Puno.
We will travel for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes until we reach the city of Sicuani, where we will have a delicious breakfast. Then, we will continue on the route to Arequipa and take a detour to the town of Layo, on the edge of the beautiful Layo Lagoon. After a few more minutes by car, we will start our hike.
After descending from our vehicle, we will hike up a very steep slope for about 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, surrounded by magnificent mountains like Apu Taqllo and Pallay Puncho, leaving behind the Layo Lagoon.
Finally, we will reach the top of the Mountain Pallay Punchu, from where we will have an impressive view of the Layo Lagoon, contrasting beautifully with the colors of Pallay Puncho. We will have a reasonable amount of time to take beautiful photographs and rest.
Afterward, we will begin our return to reach our vehicle and head back to Cusco. We will make a stop to enjoy beautiful views of the Layo Lagoon. We will arrive in Sicuani, where we will have a delicious lunch.
